Middletown NY or NJ? There’s No Confusion When You Do Business With All Seasons Chimney! We’re Proud To Take Care of Residents in 10940 & 10941!

Middletown, New York used to be called “Middletown South” to avoid confusion with the city in New Jersey by the same name. All Seasons Chimney, Inc. is proud to provide our comprehensive chimney services to residents of zip codes 10940 and 10941! Here is what our services include:

We’re Here To Eliminate Your Confusion

Sometimes homeowners get confused and think that clearing the lint filter on their clothes dryer is enough to prevent fires. It’s not. You may not know that dirt, loose fibers, even insects and animals can get lodged in the venting and ignite. Damaged venting can cause harmful fumes to seep back inside your house rather than be properly vented outside. That’s why All Seasons provides dryer vent cleaning and repairs in addition to our expert chimney cleaning services.

We use state-of-the-art equipment when inspecting and cleaning your chimney and fireplace. We also know what to look for to ensure that both outside and inside your chimney is problem free. If we do find a problem, we can troubleshoot and make the necessary repairs to the masonry as needed.

We’ll Take Good Care Of You!

We know you need two things when you call us—expertise & excellent customer service. All Seasons Chimney provides you with both. Best of all, our customers have first-hand experience with us delivering what we say, and have given us an A+ rating with the BBB and great recommendations on Angie’s List. All Seasons has been in business for over 25 years working with homeowners in the lower Hudson Valley and surrounding areas. In addition to our certification with the Chimney Safety Institute of American, we provide ongoing continuing education to our technicians. We are members in good standing with both the New York and National Chimney Sweep Guilds.

In The Middle of Yesterday and Tomorrow Is Middletown Today

Middletown was established in 1848 and incorporated as a city 40 years later. The First Congregational Church of Middletown was built in 1872 and its spire is visible throughout the Middletown area. During the 1960s, the area was a manufacturing town, and later, in the 1970s, many New York City municipal workers lived in Middletown until NYC changed its residency requirements, leaving a large population void in Middletown. Even through the transitions, downtown Middletown has a nice variety of restaurants and bars. In a transitional effort to preserve many of Middletown’s historic buildings, old Victorian homes have been converted to nursing homes to care for the elderly.

Middletown has a strong community spirit and has many service organizations such as the Girl and Boy Scouts. Residents of Middletown are also active in chapters of the Lions, Elks, Rotary, and Kiwanis which contribute to the quality of life in Middletown. The Rotary Club sponsors a yearly horse show at Fancher Davidge Park that is a always a popular event.

For those who like life on the fast track, the Orange County Fair Speedway has summertime demolition derbies and stock car races on its legendary dirt track. Motocross is a new edition to the track with races scheduled March to October.

Thrall Library was established in 1901 and has been “empowering, enlightening and enriching” the lives of residents of Middletown ever since. Originally built on Orchard Street, the library was moved to Depot Street in 1995 and its collection has continued to grow with new departments, events and research facilities.

SUNY Orange has a branch location in Middletown. The State University of New York (SUNY) offers both credit and not-for-credit classes for students and residents. SUNY Orange is ranked one of the top nursing colleges in the New York system. The college offers community events, an athletic program and special exhibits throughout the year.
